Raise money to help cover the cost of all the materials that are given out to the community at the various education programs.<br>2. Help raise awareness that there is a problem in out community with drugs and violence.<br>3. Promote and offer a positive, drug free family activity.</FONT></B></CENTER><center><font size="5"><a href="#top">Back to the top</a></font></center> <hr> <center><B><FONT NAME="System" SIZE="5" COLOR="#FF0000">The "DARE TO RIDE 55" Bike Tour will be a 55 mile ride.<br><a name="rules">THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY:</a><BR><ul><li>there will be a checkpoint every 5 miles. Although a rider will not be required to stop, it will be requested that all riders at least check in to ensure that the less experienced riders make all of the checkpoints safely.<li>Helmets are requested, but not <u>required</u>.<li>Riders must obey all rules of the road. Local traffic will be present on course, so all riders shold use caution. We currently and usually have around 450 bikes in stock and half of those bikes are BMX bikes. The other half being Mountain, Road, Cross, and cruiser style bikes. We are, however, a small business trying to do big things. We only have three full time employees and three part time employees. Since you are here, I will introduce everyone. <br><p><FONT NAME="System" SIZE="5" COLOR="#FF0000">First, we have Kenny. He is in his early 70's and a good guy to deal with. He is the owner of the shop and our second best salesperson. Kenny has been here the longest by starting the shop five years ago. <br>Next, I would like to introduce you to Mary Lou. She is Kenny's wife and our number one salesperson. Mary Lou has only been with us since last year. <hr><img src="terah.jpg" alt="Terah" align=middle> Then, there is Terah. She is Kenny and Mary Lou's grand daughter. She is a very bright student and knows more about bikes than people give her credit for.</FONT><hr><FONT NAME="System" SIZE="5" COLOR="#FFFFFF"></p><p>Now, we have our Manager/Cheif Mechanic <a href="http://users.hsonline.net/mnichols">Matt</a>. He is the one who really enjoys bicycles to their fullest. Matt has been with us for four and a half years. He is also a full time college student and races nationaly in the <a href="http://www.nbl.org">National Bicycle League</a>.<br> <a href="http://users.hsonline.net/mnichols/zabrina">Zabrina</a> ,Matt's fiance, is also a part time employee for the bike shop. Zabrina is also a bright college student and a great supporter of BMX racing.</FONT> <FONT NAME="System" SIZE="5" COLOR="#00FFFF"></P><P>Finally, we have Rodger. He is our part time mechanic; who is also a mountain biker. Rodger has only been at the shop for about eight months and is the fastest learner that has ever had work for us.</p><p> So there you have it.
